Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. Trial, pricing, and plan details are presented during signup or purchase.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorised access, or use Ambsonic in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambsonic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
